This privacy policy governs the sale of the Meet YourselfTM products. By purchasing from us, or any of our certified practitioners, you agree to these Terms, so please read them carefully.

Informed Consent
Your purchase is voluntary. By agreeing to purchase, you are giving your informed consent to take part in the personality assessment and confirm that you are over 20 years of age and authorized to consent to this form as an individual. The product purchased is for personal use only and should not be resold, copied, or distributed without our express permission.
Purchase Procedure
Completing the received DNA test, making sure your saliva SWAB is not contaminated, and kept in safe conditions. All DNA analysis is ISO 17025:2017 certified. The SWAB needs to be returned within 3 business days from date of receipt to an address provided to you by Meet Yourself. You understand that your DNA test results are only related to 54 of your personality potentials, and will not be used to draw any information or analysis related to your health, medical condition, ancestry, or any other purpose outside the scope of this assessment. In the event of failure due to a DNA kit contamination, your sample will be removed from the pool, destroyed and will not be replaced. Completing the received questionnaires related to your thinking motivators and acquired skills and behaviors within 3 business days from the date of receipt of the questionnaire links. These questionnaires need to be answered with transparency, without exaggeration of the answers or over-analysis of the questions. You agree to provide feedback helping us improve the product, service and assessment process.
Pricing and Payment
Prices for our products are listed on our website. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time without prior notice. Full payment must be received before any product is dispatched, unless otherwise agreed with you.
Confidentiality
All information provided by you or your company will be kept strictly confidential and used only for the purposes of generating your personality reports, all of which in accordance with GDPR privacy laws. You consent to allow us to share your first name, last name, and email address with the providers of the BrainprintTM and Behavioral Assessment questionnaires. We will not disclose any information to third parties without your prior written consent, except as required by law. The Swiss and European Union data privacy & safety applies to the analysis together with the General Data Protection Regulation compliance. All content included on the Site, report, and communication with you, such as text, graphics, logos, images, as well as the compilation thereof, and any software used on the Site, is the property of Meet Yourself or its suppliers and protected by copyright and other laws.
Data Privacy
We will take all the necessary measures to ensure that your information is protected and secure, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. We will apply our data privacy procedures when it comes to DNA testing data storage, access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. You understand that we are completely against any kind of use of genetic testing and DNA analysis which aims or leads, directly or indirectly, to any kind of discrimination, violation of human rights and dignity, especially in employment and insurances matters. You specifically agree that Meet Yourself may rely on the accuracy of the information provided by you and on your compliance with our Terms and Conditions. Meet Yourself will have no liability whatsoever, whether to you or to any third party, for any claims or damages resulting from any discrimination, bias, unfairness or damage resulting from any third party accessing or misusing the Meet Yourself results.
Intellectual Property Rights
You retain all rights to your proprietary information, including any data provided to us for the research study. We will not claim any ownership or intellectual property rights over any of your information or data. You hereby agree not to replicate, copy or use the information, method of assessment, or questions from the questionnaires. All content included on the Site and Application, such as text, graphics, logos, images, as well as the compilation thereof, and any software used on the Site or Application, is the property of Meet Yourself or its suppliers and protected by copyright and other laws.
Refund and Return Policy
You may cancel your order for any Meet Yourself assessment of one-on-one sessions and obtain full refund of the payment provided the cancellation is submitted to Meet Yourself in a written form (including emails) within 24 hours after having placed your order. Once the SWAB collection kit has been shipped to you, and you choose to cancel your order, no reimbursement can be made to you. Online session(s) purchases from Meet Yourself are eligible for refund 36 hours before the online session start date. You may reschedule based on expert advisor’s availability without penalty by sending written notification via email at least 36 hours before the scheduled session to admin@meetyourself.me and/or the expert advisor’s email who will participate to the scheduled session. If you cancel the session less than 36 hours before session start, you will be eligible for refund of 50% of the session fees. Refunds will be available as soon as possible. If you do not give 24-hour cancellation notice will be charged the full amount for the session. Meet Yourself and Meet Yourself expert advisor reserve the right to reschedule or cancel any scheduled session or replace expert advisor when necessary. If a session is rescheduled or cancelled, you will be given notice at least 24 hours before the start of session. No refunds will be issued when rescheduling or when an expert has been replaced. We aim to provide a positive and pleasant online consultation experience.
Changes to Terms
Meet YourselfTM reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates and changes to our website or application. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes.
