PREREQUISITES for Attendance

All participants are required to have successfully completed the 3-Step assessment and had their 1-1 debrief prior to attending the program. If these requirements cannot be met, enrolled participants will be deferred to the next workshop date.

The registration deadline ensures the minimum anticipated time for administering the 3-Step assessment and conducting your 1-1 debrief. Delays in the postal system outside of our control may impact this timeline. It is therefore highly recommended to register and commence your assessment process immediately upon your registration.
OVERVIEW – 3-Step Assessment Process
The DNA assessment is completed first, followed by the Brainprint^TM and then the Competencies assessment.

Immediately after successful registration and payment, your DNA test kit included in your training package is posted to the shipping address given during registration. Full instructions are included. The self-administered test and preparation for return postage of your kit should take no more than 10 minutes. You are highly encouraged to complete and return your SWAB sample as soon as possible after receiving your kit.

Once your DNA results return from the lab in Switzerland, your Meet Yourself report is generated and emailed to you. Shortly afterwards, your assigned coach will contact you to arrange a suitable date and time for your 1-1 debrief.

WORKSHOP POLICY

As a courtesy to your fellow certification group members, and to obtain the available ICF CCE units, all participants are expected to be present and on video for the entire duration of the program.

CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

Cancellations made in writing less than: 6 weeks prior to the start date of the event will receive a refund of 50% of price paid. 4 weeks prior to the start date of the event will receive a refund of 25% of price paid.

All refunds are subject to deduction of applicable banking fees.
